Operations are performed in real time with state-of-the-art technology, such as connectivity by dedicated access links, broadband internet and satellite connections, using whichever application is best suited to the geographic location and the available telecommunications resources in the regions where the company operates.

Significant changes were also made in its organization chart, its by-laws and in its human resources department, in order to support the company's new phase.
